Style, Comfort, Sustainability

Your New McDonald's Uniform
The new McDonald’s uniform's colour palette, sportswear-based styling and careful choice of fabrics all help you look and feel great right to the end of your shift. Five distinct uniforms let team members give their best in every role and allow for easy identification by customers and co-workers alike. It’s workwear that works for you.

Design Inspiration

Expanding on the original inspiration for this collection, Deane Apparel drew on current and vintage sportswear elements to create a strong and cohesive McDonald’s team image. Colour is central; your new uniform range combines soft blues and greys, including a flattering, versatile Pacific Blue, with golden yellow pops.

It’s All About Comfort

Comfort was a baseline for the design of this range. Single knit jersey was selected for the crew tees and cotton-backed pique knit, which allows air flow, for polos. Jackets and pants are made from a high-percentage cotton combined with elastane, plus recycled polyester for both resilience and sustainability. Managers’ shirting is in cotton-rich poplin with recycled polyester, again offering coolness and sustainability.

A Second Life

This range is designed for sustainability, from closed-loop design principles through to garment packaging. To minimise the use of plastic bags, your garments will be delivered naked or with a sustainable garment wrap. All the polyester in the range is recycled and Deane’s partnership with textile recycling pioneers BlockTexx gives your uniform a second life once its job is done.
